After a long winter, we are thrilled to be stepping away from our screens and running our outdoor sessions again. Our allotment and walk-talk-walk sessions will be running as before and we are starting new outdoor courses too.
The theme for Mental Health Awareness week in May is nature, so from 10th to the 16th May we’ll have outdoor Pilates and Storytelling too!
July and August will bring plenty of outdoor Yoga, Pilates and Creative Arts sessions too, so stay in touch!
