Gardening for Well-being

Gardening for Wellbeing has been an extremely enjoyable group for the last 6 weeks. The group have bonded well and very much enjoyed gardening at the allotment, making connections with each other over their mutual love of the joy of cultivating plants and gardening together.

The group carefully help resurrect overrun allotment beds and planted new winters seeds, with the help and guidance of our excellent Compass volunteers, Jess and Robbie.

Compass’ Gardening for Wellbeing workshops will continue until 25^th November, where we will take a winter break and return in Spring 2022.
