After a long winter, we are thrilled to be stepping away from our screens and running our outdoor sessions again.

After a long winter, we are thrilled to be stepping away from our screens and running our outdoor sessions again. Our allotment and walk-talk-walk sessions will be running as before and we are starting new outdoor courses too.

Compass Course Schedule April–July 2021

The theme for Mental Health Awareness week in May is nature, so from 10th to the 16th May we’ll have outdoor Pilates and Storytelling too!
