Keeping ourselves well is important 24/7, so it is a must to develop coping strategies and skills to maintain this state of wellness. This course covers planning for staying well and managing difficult times. We will look at:

  • How you can nurture your self-esteem

  • Building self-confidence

  • Putting in place plans for a stronger future for you
