Self-care and Resilience-building

4 Sessions

This 4 week course will cover a range of self-care and resilience-building practices. These will include an introduction to Mindfulness and Mindful Movements, Breath work, Visualisation and Peaceful Places, and other grounding and self-soothing practices.
