Outdoor Activities

In line with the Government's most up-to-date Covid-19 guidelines, soon we will be running a range of FREE outdoor activities as we look forward to gradually welcoming you back face to face. Keep an eye out on our home page for up and coming outdoor courses fresh off the press! We will be kicking off our outdoor courses with the following:

Sunshine Stretching Flow for Beginners

A gentle session of stretching and breathing exercises, led by Chelsea of CSD Fitness.


Fridays at 10:30am.

A gentle half hour walk around Palmer Park followed by refreshments

at Tutu’s Café for those who want to stay on.

Allotment Sessions

The Compass Recovery College allotment is re-opening and ready for planting! No gardening experience necessary - just bring your ideas and enthusiasm.
