Stress Management Course

This four-week course is divided into 4 one-hour lessons and delivered over the video platform 'Zoom'. Sessions will cover aspects of stress, its manifestations in terms of physical and behavioural symptoms, how to identify our stressors and be body aware. 


We will look into self-compassion and self-care practices to build up resilience. There will be an opportunity to practice visualisation and relaxation techniques to use in times of need and keep stress and burnout away.


The course is divided into bitesize lessons which include home experiments and extended learning.


The course takes place on Fridays at 2pm from 15th May - online on Zoom.
