Looking After Your Wellbeing

The following courses have been designed to give you the tools you need to improve and maintain positive wellbeing, focussing on both emotional and physical wellbeing, from self-care tips to getting a good night’s sleep. Looking after wellbeing is important for everyone so we highly recommend these courses to all of our students, however, we have developed some courses specifically for our students aged 18-25 years old (labelled below).
