Coping with Anxiety Course

This four-week course is divided into 4 one-hour lessons on Zoom that will cover information on the three components of anxiety: physical, cognitive and behavioural components and its manifestations.

The course will look into identifying physical symptoms, negative thinking errors and challenge unhelpful thoughts.


We will work on coping techniques and strategies, learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques and how to

overcome avoidance and gradually expose ourselves to anxiety triggering situations.


The course is divided into bitesize lessons which include home experiments and extended learning.
